Located just minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Breckenridge, this expansive 4,000 sq ft home spans three levels and offers room for everyone.

The main floor welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, large windows, a gorgeous gas fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, and a dining table that seats up to eight. Step out to the private deck for morning coffee and incredible views.

Off the kitchen you’ll find the primary suite, complete with a king bed, private fireplace, and luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a whirlpool soaking tub.

Upstairs includes:

Absolutely no trailers of any kind are allowed on the driveway.

Only 2 vehicles may be parked on the driveway at any time (2 additional allowed in the garage).

Violations result in a $250 HOA fine.

We highly recommend travel insurance, especially for winter travel, as weather and roads can be unpredictable.
